2006 Caumsett Public Programs
 

     The following information was provided by The NYS Office Of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.  They are solely responsible for its contents.

     Caumsett State Historic Park offers the following series of  interpretative programs for adults and children, as noted. An adult must
accompany children under 14 years of age. A $6.00/car parking fee must be paid during the fee collection season. Also, for those events marked with an
asterix there is an admission charge of $3.00 per adult and $2.00 per child (ages 3-17). Advance reservations are required for all programs except the
theatrical performances. To register please call (631) 423-1770 between 8:00am and 4:30 pm. If you are unable to keep your reservation, please call and
cancel so others have the opportunity to attend. Please be prompt. If others are waiting, your place may be given to them if you have not arrived when
the program starts.

      Except for the theatrical performances, programs will take place outdoors rain or shine, so please dress appropriately. In any weather we suggest that
you wear long pants and comfortable sturdy walking shoes. Nothing else is needed but your enthusiasm and curiosity; we will supply the rest.
