The Caumsett Foundation Junior Committee is proud to announce the first annual 5K Run/Walk for Caumsett. “Race for Caumsett” will take place at Caumsett State Historic Park Preserve on Sunday, April 27th at 9am, rain or shine; the walk will begin at 9:10am. Runners of all ages are welcome to participate. The path of the race will begin by at the junction by the stables and will head east, taking runners through the historic and beautiful grounds of Caumsett. Refreshments will be provided to participants in the Walled Garden following the race where each runner will also receive a complimentary t-shirt and water bottle while supplies last. Race participants will be divided into several age groups, and there will be an awards ceremony upon completion of the race.   

All proceeds for the race will go to the benefit and preservation of Caumsett. Race registration is open from now through the day of the event, and will cost $20 for online registration and $25 for those who register the day of the event. Personal and corporate sponsorships for the race are available. We hope that you will join us for the first annual 5K Run/Walk for Caumsett!
